Description
I designed a 15-page sponsorship booklet for the 2026 ReelAbilities Film Festival, featuring key statistics, festival information, and consistent branding. For privacy, only 13 pages are displayed in this portfolio; two pages containing tiered sponsorship information are hidden. The booklet was designed to be visually engaging and accessible, with careful attention to typography, layout, and color to highlight each recipient. It was a unique and rewarding experience creating a booklet like this for a non-profit organization.
I organized the content for clarity and readability while following ReelAbilities’ branding guidelines, ensuring the festival’s visual identity was consistent throughout. I also prepared the files so the team could print them at any time, maintaining high resolution and accessibility standards.

Double-Sided Flyer
I created a double-sided flyer for the ReelAbilities Film Festival to promote the event and provide key information to attendees. The design maintained the festival’s branding and visual identity while delivering content in a clear and engaging layout suitable for print and distribution.

Overview
During my 2025 summer internship, I designed print materials for the ReelAbilities Film Festival. This included a 15-page sponsorship booklet for the 2026 festival, featuring key statistics, festival accomplishments, and essential information. I also created a double-sided flyer to promote the festival more broadly. The goal was to produce visually engaging, professional, and cohesive materials that aligned seamlessly with the festival’s branding and mission.
Planning
I reviewed the 2025 sponsorship booklet and past ReelAbilities flyers that my former supervisor shared with me. After going through them, I brainstormed ways I could improve the design and enhance the overall look to create a better, more engaging version.
Design Execution
Of course, I applied the festival's branding guidelines, using their colors, typography, and visual elements consistently across all materials.
Sponsorship Booklet: I redesigned and enhanced multiple pages based on the 2025 edition, maintaining readability while increasing visual interest.
Flyer: I created a clear and engaging double-sided layout to effectively promote the festival to a broader audience.
Reflection
Working on this project was a really good experience for me, even outside of sports. It gave me the chance to design in a professional setting, focusing on a festival for disabilities and helping spread awareness. I really like ReelAbilities and their team—they were super friendly. I’m happy that they were impressed with my design and the visual storytelling I included.
